Editorial Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

EnduranceOS publishes practical, educational guides for endurance athletes. This policy explains who is responsible for that content, how it is produced, and where its limits are.

Who publishes EnduranceOS guides

EnduranceOS is the organizational author of its educational articles and guides. The founder and editor of EnduranceOS has final responsibility for revising and approving each guide before publication. We use an organization byline because the work is produced for EnduranceOS rather than presented as the work of a named professional or outside expert.

How we use AI tools

AI tools may assist with initial drafting, organization, and editing. They do not independently approve or publish an article. Before publication, each guide is revised, checked against its cited sources, and approved by the founder and editor of EnduranceOS.

Sources and fact-checking

Material factual claims are checked against the sources cited in the guide. Where suitable, we prioritize primary research, consensus statements, official competition rules, and other first-party materials. Product specifications and manufacturer claims are identified as such and are not treated as independent evidence of performance.

Qualifications and limitations

EnduranceOS articles are not reviewed by a registered dietitian or medical professional unless a specific article explicitly says otherwise. The content is educational and does not replace individualized medical or dietary advice. Nutrition needs and tolerances vary, so athletes should test race strategies in training and seek qualified care when appropriate.

Updates and corrections

We may revise articles when evidence, official guidance, race rules, or product information changes. If you find a factual error, unclear source, or outdated recommendation, email hello@enduranceos.app. We will review the concern and correct the article when a change is warranted.

Commercial independence

Affiliate relationships do not determine the scientific conclusions or editorial recommendations in EnduranceOS guides. Some pages contain clearly disclosed affiliate links, which may earn EnduranceOS a commission at no additional cost to the reader. Whether a commercial relationship exists does not change how evidence is evaluated or which limitations are reported.
